Spots on Penis shaft

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am having few yellowish/whitish colour spots on penis shaft for last 4-5 years. Have consulted few dermatologists . I was told it's fordyce spot.Now it's incresing.Any way we can stop it growing? I am unmarried $ this is affecting me mentaly now. Any Good doctor in Delhi/ Ncr area?
