Whether you have hypopigmentation or hyper.... But as per your enquiry suggest it's hyper pigmentation... There are many reasons for this... Like hormonal disorder melasma systemic disease..and acanthosis nigricans n sunburn many more.... So send me the pictures of the lesions and detailed description medicine taken so  far and discuss with me in online chat section do not use any self medication ... because many of them contain steroid which further increases ur problem

Photo is from very far. There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
