Spots on my body

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Yesterday I got out the shower and noticed a few red spots on my right hand side, since i now have them on both sides and a few at the bottom of my stomach and on the back of my legs, I have looked at all symptoms and does not look like shingles or chicken pox, I had chicken pox when I was younger... I have no other real symptoms apart from I feel tired and a little light headed
