Spots on lips and scattered-like skin

Asked for Male, 27 Years

1.I have skin colour spots on my normal purple lips and gradually becoming looks like outer normal skin cover which can be distinctly seen by near me. It starts 7 or 8 years ago when I spot it out in lesser dense than now. 2. Scattered/tearing like skins between legs, beside the male part and outside the V-junction, facing 11 yrs ago. Now 27 male.
