Spots on left cheek
My 8 year old son has some spot on cheek which is growing is in area and it is a dry patch.

Although the picture isn't very clear. The white dry patches on face are most likely to be pityriasis alba. Which could be a part of atopy as well.
Kindly consult a dermatologist near you for appropriate treatment.
