Spots on body and rashes

I have black spots on all over body and also body lices .. Diagnosed with syphlis in 2015 and got penciline.. Could it be syphilis again .. I can smell some weird fragrance from my body abd laso had high body temprature from last one week. I am feeling to hot and few days back was felling like i am troubling in breathing.. Is it my anxcouldcritical
