Spots in my throat, aches across my head
I have had a sore throat, headache, blocked ears, and an ache on the back of my neck and behind my eyes for over a week now. Yesterday i found a spot in my throat that reminds me of a blister and is very sore and painful. And I have woken up this morning with a very uncomfortable feeling in my throat, Which I believe is the spots on the back of my tongue; they don't hurt, but I can feel them against my throat and it is making me feel sick.

You seem to be suffering from post viral apthous ulcers which are nothing but simple mouth ulcers which occur in any part of throat including back of the tongue after an attack of viral upper respiratory tract infection. Usually it will resolve on its own within few days. You can use over the counter analgesics for symptomatic relief
