Spot on my skin
4 days ago i noticed a small spot on my forearm. It is white in the middle and red on the sides..in a round shape. I don't remember quite well if it was itchy 4 days ago. But i am sure that now it is not itchy, nor painful. It is very very slightly raised. It is not very obvious. I have something similar on mt thigh that appeared 3 days ago. I am very concerned and scared because they are not going away. I suffer from anxiety and this is affecting me very bad.
