Iam suffering from throat infection from many years but from 20 days a white spot has araised in the upper side of throat same like white pimple on the face pls suggest me what can i do for this problem is it serious?

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few weeks for long term benefits. You may be looking at whitish debris over tonsils which is not really abnormal
