Asked for Male, 20 Years

Mam/sir I have this wound below my left testicle since 2 months, i have applied mupirocin as prescribed by My Dr. ,He told its hair follicutilus, But Problem is that its goes within ä week and comes back again and Bleed ä little. Like its not healing.... What is it Kindly help. Image attached!
