Spot in lip infected

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have a pus filled spot on my lip. I originally thought it was a cold sore so applied Zovirax with Aciclovir in but this hasn’t helped and it’s got bigger. I’m worried it’s not a cold sore and somehow it’s an infection. I’m now looking for advice and want to know what to take to treat it
