Spoon of Ghee directly to baby- is it ok
Hi, Can i give a spoon of to my 16 month old baby, directly from bottle? I know we can add ghee to rice or roti and khichdi,I also do that. but i personally love to eat a spoon of  ghee directly from the bottle, and my Baby seems to love eating like that too. Is there a problem ?

Hello there, you can give ghee, but make sure you are giving correctly and in small amounts Begin with 2–3 drops, then gradually increase Max: ½ teaspoon per day initially Do not Overfeed (can cause loose motions / excess weight)
