My mom is having mild spondylitis problem.she also have low blood pressure. Sometimes when she has stress and do lot of work she use to feel pain in her neck and back. Even while travelling outside ,when there is more air in the car. The cold breeze makes her body weak . Then I use to see she takes hot water bag to cure the pain. Can anyone please suggest the best supplement so that she can be strong herself from inside to cure these type of problems ?

Its really tough to get back to normal..
But she can lead a very normal life..
Avoid taking regular medications for pain bcoz they have their side effects..
The best way is to walking everyday posture management..
Sleep in a better place where pain don't aggravates .
