I underwent x ray recenty & sufferng frm anterolisthesis/spondilitys,grade 2.i face extreme sudden pain only in my left leg which connects to spinal cord also on waist.two yrs back i suffered frm ds problem bt it occured again now .some suggest homeopaethy,some neuro surgery ,some just proper exercise .kindly suggest whether i need to go for physiotherapy or operation for proper alignment of nerves.
