Hi..
During panic attacks , you may also get hyperventilation.
Its a physiological change.
Need not worry much.
Health Tips
Pracrise daily morning breathing exercise.
If hyperventilation persists, pls consult a psychiatrist. medications may help.

Mainly you will feel breathlessness due to anxiety so probably yes but along with that suppose you feel fall of saturation you may once consult pulmonologist to rule out any possibility Related with lung disders although upto 94 saturation we consider normal
