* Spleenomegaly * Asymptomatic in early stage compensated Liver cirrhosis * Hypertension * Subclinical Hypothyoroidism * Prediabetes ***  Firstly don't ask for herbal remedy in such chronic condition. Remedies are temporary relief and Must ask for Treatment procedures and prevention to prevent further stages of Liver Cirrhosis. *** In the Later stages, Liver Cirrhosis can turn into ascites too. *** In Ayurveda, This type of Liver cirrhosis can be correlated to KHUMBHA KAAMALAA (later stages of  KAAMALAA). *** Kamala means jaundice (yellowish discoloration of the skin) *** Khumba Kamala - means खरीभुतत्व - Hardness of liver (Nodular and Fibrotic liver) and कृछ साध्य (Means Difficulty to get cured that means managable). *** In such Conditions - Tikta rasa dravyas and Lekhana property drugs to be choosen. Kindly have proper diagnosis and proper management through Ayurveda. Note: Ayurvedic doctors don't just have remedies in their books for 6 yrs of course which is equivalent to M.B.B.S. Kindly be flexible for different Systems of Medicine.

In early-stage liver cirrhosis with splenomegaly, treatment should focus on protecting liver function, improving digestion, and maintaining blood balance. Ayurveda helps with specific herbs and diet, but medicines must be chosen carefully considering other conditions. Avoid heavy, oily, and fried foods; prefer light, cooked meals and warm water. I suggest you consult me for a personalized and safe plan.
