71 yr, Usg abdomen shows enlarged spleen with splenculus of 21*16 mm near hilum.
(6 months back spleen was 11.8 cm.)
Early cirrhosis, normal size liver, altered liver echo texture.
Hb 10, normal rbc, WBC, platelet. Low mcv, mch.
Query is what is splenculus? Is it worrisome? What medical intervention needed for spleen issue? Dr. said nothing to b done..
