Spine stiffen and legs weaken

Asked for Male, 60 Years

I felt pain in my legs and back 4 months ago, have treatment and feel relax after 3 months but make me weaken, then after one month my neck stick on one side and then my legs fall weaken day by day even after 10 days i am unable to stand or walk on my feet,i am in hospital but doctors unable to diagnose my disease my x-ray and blood reports are a attached, plz help in my diagnosing desease,thanx

It is noted that you did have low sodium levels ,did the weakness start after the correction of your low sodium levels , did the institute correct you with 3%NaCl, how fast , please let me know how is your bowel and bladder control ? MRI Both your upper limbs are functioning well , and do you have full use of the same .
