I need some suggestion for a patient treatment whoes spinal cord is damage...his lower body doesnt response even he cant sense those part of body...dr. there is any hope is he will be fine and walk in future...anything wht we can do ...we can bt plzz suggess us...THANX

Start physiotherapy. Patient will be bed ridden, high chances of getting bed sores. Keep the patient mobile by doing passive movements for legs and upper body exercises in sitting.
