I got accident on 14th may 2018 and got lumber spine fracture (L1 brust fracture) . Then i consult dr bharat dave spine specialist and he advised fot the operation with 6 pedicle screw i.e.fixation of d12,l1 and l2. And also done decompression. Today i live with this hardware inside my spine. i feel that now i can not walk properly and cant run even few steps. I have pain in my back and also in my muscle of both leg specially in calf and in thighs.i can not walk with bare foot because there is ample pain in my right ankle and planter facities muscles.how to get rid of this pain and how to get strength.?

Being able to walk after major spine injury is a blessing. The problems like back pain ankle pain and plantar fasciitis can all be treated with good physiotherapy. And other treatment which can be decided by your own doctor. As regards the hardware do not worry about it being inside you.
