Sperm and urine stayed in urine tube

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am facing A problem sience last 3months that when urine comes out from bladder feeling pain and when it is sperm it also be pain and sperm stay in tube.****sometimes feelin pain like ant bite after the sperm out****1)Doing urine culture test it is normal. 2) doin urine's RE&ME test result normal. 3)Doing uroflowmetry result is normal. 4) Doing USG KUB PVR it is also normal.(( Only PVR 109cc) *taking alfuzosin 10 tab last two months as per recomendation of SSKM urologist but problem still alive pls doctor give me suggestion what i do
