Speech related issue

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My 3 year old was speaking fluently before 3 months. He suffered from high viral fever, nasal and chest congestion. After that he stopped talking much for many days and now he started speaking again. But his voice got effected, he speaks very slow and with shivering voice. Please suggest.
