I'm facing too much sleepiness even though I took adequate sleep for 7-8 hrs aprt form taking breaks for rest I feel drowsy and feels like I haven't enough rest, I tried adding vitamins and green vegetables to my diet by thinking that perhaps this might cause due to inadequate nutrition but no luck, so do I need to viait any specialist or general doctor can provide solution, and also is it possible to take online consultation for such issues or whether it is necessary to visit the doctor?

Before diagnosis any mental disease u we must rule out any physical diseases like Hypothyroidism, diabetes, neurological disorder etc.
Consult a physician immediately and rule out for any physical problems.
