Speaking Problem
My child turns 5 yr old on 16 dec. He was never having fumbling issues(haklana). Mainly words starting from e, s I, h , u, w, x. I am not getting the point of his this problem. Since last few weeks he starting making kit kit sounds through teeth while sleeping. This whole issue started since last 2-3 weeks. He is having temperament issues. Gets angry very much. He is in class UKG. He is very good in studies. But his this new problem making me very emotional and weak to handle. I don't know how to solve his this problem. I started giving him tongus twisters to read because he can read story books himself. But I want exactly correct way to solve this issue. Please help me 🙏
