Speaking disorder and mouth drolling
My name is Mohit and I'm 25year old. It's been 2 year I'm facing a speaking problem and cant able to Move my mouth according to speech, also when I speak water droll from corner of a mouth. I completely lose my confidence please help me out thanks you!
