My mother aged 58 have legs look like in picture .  kindly tell me is this a serious problem ? . if there is any treatment for this kindly suggest.

Your mother has bilateral Genu varum. This deformity is mainly due to degeneration( wear) of the inner aspect of the knee on both sides . Deformity correction with pain relief needs surgical treatment ( Bilateral TKR)
