Sp02 after vaccine
Hi doctor,
I have completed 3 month after covid treatment and took covisheild yesterday. Before vaccine my sp02 used to 96-98 always ( just one day back). But since I got fever from morning, it is fluctuating at 95-97(max) . Pluse is around 120 and morning fever was 102. I have two questions..
1. Do I need to measure sp02 again after vaccine?
2. Or sp02 fluctuate due to fever??
Note : I am covid recroved and complete more than 3 month.

sp,O20 of 95-96 are in the normal range You should be worried if it falls to 94, and below.

Don't worry Spo2 is within the normal limit. You have to worry if it falls below 95.

Yes it can fluctuate during fever even though your spo2 is within normal limit.
No need to check spo2 unless and until you feel any symptoms.
Fever mayb there for 2-3 days, take dolo 650 for that can be taken thrice daily.

Yes it will fluctuate.Lie down in prone position for 5min and take spo2 reading . Body movement and posture also influences the readings.
