  4. Sour tongue abd lots of saliva. Respond.

Sour tongue abd lots of saliva
I am getting lot of saliva in mouth. Moreover I feel sour on my tongue when I eat food or drink water.. I have motions too.. 2 days back I had only fluids (ashgourd juice, water Mellon juice, spinach juice and mixed vegetable juice) and then motion started. I have observed that I get sour taste. Can someone respond.
