After sitting for an hour if I tried to free my hand or legs joint then sounds are coming instantly. I m also having pain in body.
I m suffering from cervical spondlysis in my neck due to which i can not able to sit without any support or for a long tym. My neck area became stiff and swelling is there for 2 years.
I went to a no of doctors but there is no solution rather than exercise. I m studying an IT engineering i need to sit before laptop for a long time that I can not able to do.
Please , suggest me solution or help me insan a way i can improve myself.

Continuous sitting in one posture for more than 20 minutes is not good so change your posture frequently. The sound coming from your joints will also decrease. Use ergonomic furniture & consult a physiotherapist for ergonomic Adv & exercises.
