I'm 19 years old girl.I have ringing sound in my ear.so I take neurozan and neurogena table in the morning.But I'm underweight 47.so I have to maintain diet and exercise for my weight gain.can I take these tablet now or being stop this?If I take these in my diet schedule Is it affect my diet?orelse can I stop these? And another thing is I follow only simple diet and nutrition at home .I take calories food in my diet and some exercise like pushups and squat .

You can also get ringing in your ears if you are anemic. Please do a Pure Tone Audiometry and impedance Audiometry. Do a CBC and consult online with reports.
