I'm suffering from sores on my tongue. Have taken vitamin tablets,zytee ointment as well.
On taking above, these sores disappeared after 2 weeks. However now after 1 month, I'm suffering again with sores on tongue. Attaching images for reference.one can zoom to view sores.Pls help me in this regard.

This is called aphthous ulcer which is very common . Nothing to be worried.
Zytee gel will help you.
Take vitamin tab on regular basis.
Need to know your bowel habit. Do you have constipation?
Drink plenty of fluids.
More fruits and vegetables recommended.

It happens usually to everyone.
The reason can be deficiency of any vitamins or constipation or many other things.
