Sore to urinate

Since Monday, I’ve been experiencing flu symptoms - shivers, fever, headache, runny nose, dry mouth, vomiting, aches and pains. And since yesterday, it is really painful when I urinate and then the pain continues for a little while after. What could this be? Thanks
