Sore throat,stinky throat,pus

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I have a headache and my throat is very sore,swollen and red.there is also white pus stuck there.my doc gave me antibiotics a lot of times but they do not seem to work,it still comes back again and its so foul smelling and painful.What is the next step.its been years with this problem
