  4. Sore throat. Medicine should i take?

Sore throat
I had sore throat in May and took antibiotics for 6 days, covid ruled out. I feel I am starting to have it again as there is slight pain while swallowing saliva. No pain while eating or drinking water. What medicine should I take? I do have sinusitis.
