  4. Sore throat. Prescribe medicine too!

I am having sore throat.. Uneassiness in throat slight pain always dry.. For last 10 days what to do.. Warm water not working.. Cannot go to doctor due to covid.. Please give valuable advice and if possible prescribe medicine too
