Sore throat/groin abscess unprotectedsex

I have enlarged tonsils, runny nose, sore throat and pain in my groin (groin feels hard under the surface and produces pus with a foul smell) this happened 48-72hrs after I had unprotected oral sex (I am female, I had oral sex with another female, both of us were menstrating)
