Sore throat for 1 month

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Continuous sore throat like (pink bums on throat) for a month. No fever no pain no cold no cough but sometime stomach problem occurs. Had antibiotic last week but not cured. Initially there was bleeding at night for first 1 week. But after having antibiotic it has stopped. Help
