No it is not hiv symptom, do not worry. And augmentin ka 2 din ka course nahi rehta hei, u have to complete the 5 days course, continue gargles, avoid cold and spicy food. And if it doesn’t reduce, see doctor again and get your oral cavity checked see what’s the finding and treat it accordingly. Gale mei kharash is not HIV symptom
