Sore throat and covid infection
My father 60 years old is a diabetic patient , from yesterday he has sore throat and mild headache , he has taken 2 shots of vaccination ..Is it covid or normal allergic reaction ? How to distinguish ? What type of treatment should be started ? Thanks

Monitor O2 levels regularly, take paracetamol and treat symptoms, it's likely covid,if symptoms get worse or want to confirm the only way is testing. Even after completion of two doses of vaccine you can most possibly get Infected but probability of severity much less.
