I'm suffering form sore throat and cough for last 15 days. I have taken more medicines but there is no any relief and my physical test (running) is about to come. I  want to recover as soon as  possible. Please prescribe a  medicine that is reliefable for me. And my economic conditions is also not good. Please consult me free of cost.🙏
