Sore that wont go away

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have had a sore in my groin fold, not directly but closer to the center like of my body that will not go away. I have had it for just about a year. It started as a boild with pus and blood, but then it would have tissue like stiff come out of it and not go back in until later. It causes me a very sharp pain if i move the wrong way or sometimes when i walk. It has gotten bogger ovrr time, and if it becomes irritated it gets puffie and deflates.
