I had a difficulty in sleeping. And due to this I often sleep more than required in certain days.
I also have mood swings quite often. Sometimes I feel happy and contended while other times I feel sad and down.
I often feel too much stressed and restless, which hinders in my thought process and comes in between me and my work. It also results in a serious lack of concentration.
I uselessly worry too much. It makes me restless and I feel worthless because I am not able to help my parents. Help
