Something Pierce under my heel

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Something went through my heel(back side of my foot) 3 months back. After some days it swallowed then i scratch the skin by (sui- dhaga). But still something is under the skin. So it's been 3 months but the skin doesn't recovered and when I walk i feel something is under the skin. What should i do ? Who can help me physician or dermatologists or you ? Thanks
