Something is not right
Feels sleepy all the time and sleep a lot (not a deep sleep, lots of dreams), body aches most of the time, consistent headache starting with opening of eyes in the morning till night. There is continous mind chatter going on. I have been forgetting things for sometime, even sometimes forget what was about to speak. Don't feel like living, just spending one day at a time. Feel like nothing doing, just to remain silent and don't want to talk with anyone. Get angry easily (which is new to me, being a patient person). Feels like stuck, tired all the not time, not being able to rest mentally. The intensity of all these things have increased in last one year. Kindly help whom to consult-psychologist, psychiatrist, homeopathy, counselling or any other specialist.

Hi... Mental health issues have seen a significant increase since the outbreak of covid 19 pandemic. Issues related to sleep, depression, stress, anxiety, suicidal ideations, interpersonal relationship issues, financial pressures, etc. are on a rise around the world. The simplest method to address these issues is following a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, and breathing/meditation. Psychotherapy/Counselling using therapeutic approaches like CBT are also found to be very effective in such cases. In severe cases sometimes a combination therapy and medication works well.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance is required.
