Somatoform disorder

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am diagnosed with somatoform disorder and i am pregnant too. My gynaecologist told me they can give only low dose antidepressants. I want to ask that will low dose antidepressants able to treat my problem or the treatment may fail and i would need higher doses also. I had this problem 1 year back also and it got treated with paxidep 12.5 and paxidep 25.
