Sodium deficiency
My uncle sodium level is 133, is it normal or we need to consult the doctors? Is there any, ayurvedic medicine, can maintain the sodium level as he is BP patient too.

Plz rule out if he is having excess of drinking water, whether he is on any diuretic, any pain killers, highly restricted salt intake, any episodes of vomiting, diarrhoea or infections.

Normal sodium level is 135 to 145 mEq/L. Low sodium can be caused by excessive  or less water intake, sweating, vomiting, diuretics, or kidney/heart issues...

This value is borderline low . No need to worry about this , as you said he is on hypertensive medication and hypertensive medicines include diuretics which results in low sodium level.

It's completely fine..there is nothing to worry with this value..As he is hypertensive so there is need to cut the salt or better to use rock salt instead of sea salt that too in lower quantity

Just monitor his BP regularly and make sure he takes his medicines daily and ask him to go for a walk if he can or do some pranayam in home only
