No intervention is required as such. If he is hypertensive then give any juice with a pinch of salt into it. If he is a kidney patient then this fluid addressal is required. Better to consult personally. Plz DM

Hello Sir, 133 Sodium value is borderline low and quite common at 60+ age, especially with blood pressure treatment. No immediate treatment is required, only observation.
Plz rule out if he is having excess of drinking water, whether he is on any diuretic, any pain killers, highly restricted salt intake, any episodes of vomiting, diarrhoea or infections.
Health Tips
Avoid excessive water drinking without thirst, avoid sudden big diet changes, use normal cooking salt intake meals.

Thank you
Normal sodium level is 135 to 145 mEq/L.
Low sodium can be caused by excessive or less water intake, sweating, vomiting, diuretics, or kidney/heart issues...
Next Steps
Treating low sodium with blood pressure involves addressing the underlying cause, often restricting fluids, adjusting meds

This value is borderline low . No need to worry about this , as you said he is on hypertensive medication and hypertensive medicines include diuretics which results in low sodium level.
Next Steps
Consult the doctor if fatigue, shivering, numbness appears.
It's completely fine..there is nothing to worry with this value..As he is hypertensive so there is need to cut the salt or better to use rock salt instead of sea salt that too in lower quantity
Next Steps
Just monitor his BP regularly and make sure he takes his medicines daily and ask him to go for a walk if he can or do some pranayam in home only
