I spend most of the time of mine on youtube or other entertainment platform,I used to spend 8-10 hours of a day on smartphone.due to this addiction I can't focus on my life.

If you do feel you're using your phone a lot, you can try a few things-
1. Keep your data switched off for a certain no of hours
2. Restrict the no of hours you use your phone
3. Keep your phone away from you when you go to sleep
4. When you wake up in the morning, donot use your phone for at least 1 hr
5. When you go to socialize with friends/family try to use your phone only for calls, no watsapp or Instagram etc.
Start with these. Then we'll help you once you've started following the above.

It's very common now a days ...like internet addiction, smart phone addiction. This is in the subgroup of that ... If you like to check yourself have addiction or not then we can apply a scale for that. If you wish to get rid of that ...them just switch your hand set to a normal non smart phone. After 21 days your behaviour will reduce.
I feel it's a better option than spending a lot of time with in therapy.
