I have been undergoing anxiety for past few days..when I stand in front few people..and everyone focuses on me..my back head and neck is shivering..it happened 3-4 times..a new thing that is happening in me..and I have searched for that and I have found that as social anxiety..what to do now?

It does sound like social anxiety- We do need a little more information to confirm the diagnosis. Before that you should also look at ruling out any thyroid dysfunction etc. Once any physical cause of symptoms is ruled out the best way forward would be a combination of medication and therapy. Please visit a psychiatrist and a therapist . Exercise and meditation will also help with the anxiety symptoms.
