She seems to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection. Amoxicillin + clav needs to be given at the dosage of 45 MG /kg in two divided doses. For twenty two kg child dry syrup of 400mg/5ml needs to be used at the quantity of 5ml each time for two times daily
