Got it 👍 Snoring + sneezing + runny nose usually point towards **allergic rhinitis, nasal blockage, or sinus-related issues**. In Ayurveda, this is often linked to **Kapha–Vata imbalance** (excess mucus + airway obstruction). Here are some safe and effective remedies you can try: --- ### 🌿 Ayurvedic Home Remedies 1. **Nasya (Nasal Drops)** * Put **2 drops of ***Taila** or ******Taila** in each nostril in the morning after brushing. * This clears nasal passages, reduces snoring, and helps allergies. 2. **Steam Inhalation** * Inhale steam with a pinch of **ajwain (carom seeds)** or **eucalyptus oil**. * Helps open blocked nose and reduces runny nose. 3. **Turmeric Milk** * Warm milk with ½ tsp turmeric at night. * Acts as an anti-allergic and reduces throat/nasal irritation. 4. **Tulsi + Black Pepper + Honey** * Crush 5–6 tulsi leaves, add a pinch of black pepper powder, and 1 tsp honey. Take daily. * Strengthens immunity and reduces sneezing/runny nose. 5. **Sleep Position** * Avoid lying flat on your back (worsens snoring). Sleep on your side with head slightly elevated. --- ### 🌱 Ayurvedic Medicines (consult nearby vaidya before regular use) * ******** – for sneezing & runny nose. * ******Churna + Honey** – for runny nose & allergies. * ******Churna** – for throat soothing & snoring. --- ### 🥗 Diet & Lifestyle Tips * Avoid **cold foods** (ice cream, curd at night, fridge water). * Reduce **kapha-increasing foods** (too much rice, sweets, bakery, oily/fried). * Do **Jal Neti (saline nasal wash)** 3–4 times a week. * Maintain regular sleep; avoid late nights. --- 👉 Please tell me: do you feel **constant nasal blockage, mouth breathing, or obesity**? Because in such cases, snoring can also be due to **deviated septum, enlarged adenoids/tonsils, or weight-related sleep apnea**, which might need ENT evaluation. Would you like me to prepare a **detailed Ayurvedic treatment plan (with specific medicine doses)** or just simple home remedies first? Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine. Consult me personally for details.

Snoring with frequent sneezing and runny nose usually points to nasal allergy or sinus-related issues. Simple steps you can try: Avoid cold food/drinks, dust, and strong perfumes. Do steam inhalation daily. Sleep on your side instead of your back. Maintain healthy weight. For long-term relief and proper Ayurvedic medicines, kindly consult me directly with your case details.

Since your symptoms include snoring, sneezing, and runny nose, it may be related to nasal allergy or sinus problem. For proper management, I’ll need a few more details like duration of symptoms, any history of asthma, previous treatment, and whether symptoms are worse at night or morning. Once I have your detailed history, I can suggest suitable anti-allergic medicines and nasal sprays through the online consultation.
Next Steps
Meanwhile, you can: • Use steam inhalation once or twice daily. • Avoid dust, smoke, and strong smells. • Keep a humidifier or bowl of water in your room if it feels dry.
